Multi-viscosity flow meters PTF-H et al.

The fundamental difference of this flow meter is that the accuracy characteristics of the device do not depend much on the viscosity of the measured product. Multi-viscosity flowmeters are used in commercial and technological metering units for oil, petroleum products and other liquids. The design of the helicoid turbine (with spiral shaped blades) gives the following advantages:

  • Operation of TPR in a wide range of viscosity;
  • Increased stability of calibration characteristics.
  • High repeatability of the conversion coefficient at the flow points.
  • Increased reliability and durability of the TPR due to the reduced speed of rotation of the rotor.
